2025 Annual General Meeting and Williams Trophy Award Presentation

    Flight Plan

    • Arrive early to explore the honorees past and present during Distinguished Guest Reception and Luncheon.
    • Network with WATF Board members, prominent business and community leaders, and other VIPS.
    • Speakers to include Ms. Chryssa Westerlund, Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, and Ms. Julie Coons, President and CEO, NVC – Northern VA Chamber.
    • Presentation of Williams Trophy Award to Honorees.
    • Final approach - Q&A session with honorees, moderated by The Honorable Marion C. Blakey.

    The Williams Trophy was established in 1996, by the Board of Directors of the Task Force. Carrington Williams, for whom the trophy is named and who was the founding chairman of the Task Force from 1982 to 1996, was the first to receive the trophy on June 10, 1996. The trophy is awarded to recognize those whose "Leadership, Vision and Dedication in the Application of Aviation.”
